We are very pleased to share this roll out of six 4x2m outdoor LED screens for British Steel, at four of their sites across the North of England. They approached us as they wanted to update their previous static board solution for showing very important safety messages at the main entrances and main buildings to a digital solution that they could change regularly. They needed a company with experience working in similar environments where there are very high standards of health & safety and seen we had completed work on Nuclear sites.
This project required detailed design work to create new steel frames which would support the 4x2m LED screens. Pixite worked closely with the British Steel engineering and Civils team to create a design and have the project signed off at board level.
With the use of our Pixite Cloud CMS, British Steel are now able manage the content across all four sites from one central location, giving them far greater flexibility to share important company messages instantly.
The finished project has delivered these two exceptional High Brightness Outdoor LED Screens which will be the start of British Steel adopting digital displays to deliver quick and efficient messaging across a large site that has 3000 staff members.
