Network Space Entire Office & Video Conferencing Solution
Network Space are one of the North West’s leading industrial workspace solution providers and as part of their ongoing investment they decided to do a major upgrade of their offices, coming to us to provide the technology element. We provided an array of nine screens for their offices and video conferencing suites plus two Digital Signage screens to provide announcements to their staff around the office.
Video Conferencing
For the Boardroom the brief was clear; a clean, easy to use solution with no cables showing. With this in mind we specified a 65″ Display with wireless casting from Windows, Apple or Chrome with a spectacular 4K PTZ Meeting System including Auto-Framing, Echo-Cancelling Speaker & Wireless Microphones. This Microsoft Teams or Zoom Meeting System is fully operable via the tablet on the wall to the left of the screen, allowing the Directors to simply jump on calls as and when without the need for a separate laptop. To allow for future expandability a ‘bring your own device box’ was installed within the table allowing for anybody to use the full setup in a webcam style scenario via one USB cable.
For the smaller Meeting Room a simpler, more value engineered product was required therefore alongside the 65″ commercial display we provided a Microsoft Teams (and/or Zoom) Meeting Bar System. This simple system has two integrated cameras with an 8MP sensor & 10 x Optical Zoom, AI Echo Cancelling microphones & powerful speakers – this is all controlled via the Tablet sat in the middle of the table below. The tablet can even be installed wirelessly making it easy to retro-fit to existing offices. As with all of our systems there’s no need to bring a laptop or external device to the meeting, it’s all built in! Completely removing any setup issues from your employees & negating the need for messy cabling.
Offices & Meeting Spaces
In the remaining offices & meeting spaces we installed a total of seven 55″ 4K HDR10 Displays all with built in commercial grade wireless casting, ensuring no connectivity issues even in complex office networks. We provided these on low-profile wall mounts to ensure no cables were visible down the side of the screens in keeping with the sleek, modern appearance of the office.
Digital Signage Screens
To complete the installation two 43″ Digital Signage screens were installed coupled with our preferred software provider NowSignage, a powerful content management system that is all updatable from the Cloud with detailed user access permissions – it makes life a doddle! Plus it can pull through BBC News, make staff announcements & trigger content based on weather.
