Gresham Office Furniture Showroom & Video Conferencing
Gresham Office Furniture have been designing work spaces and furniture since 1976 employing more than 250 people based from a 200,000sq ft office and factory space in Greater Manchester. Having worked with them on several projects the team asked us to add a wow factor to their refurbished London showroom.
130″ LED Screen
We installed our 130″ Indoor Boardroom LED Screen to create a spectacular focal point upon first entering the showroom. This dual purpose screen allows for advertising to be played across it’s three-meter span & through integrated cabling ran into the floor it can then be seamlessly switched to presentation mode. This allows any user to simply walk up and cast their screen with audio to provide production demonstrations, lunch & learns plus much more.
Video Conferencing & Meeting Spaces
For the Boardroom the brief was clear; a clean, easy to use solution with no cables showing. With this in mind we specified a 75″ Display with wireless casting from Windows, Apple or Chrome with a spectacular AI powered FHD Meeting System with 10x Optical Zoom including Auto-Framing, Echo-Cancelling Speaker & inbuilt Microphones. This Microsoft Teams or Zoom Meeting System is fully operable via the tablet on the table, allowing the Directors to simply jump on calls as and when without the need for a separate laptop. To allow for future expandability a ‘bring your own device box’ was installed within the table allowing for anybody to use the full setup in a webcam style scenario via one USB cable.
The tablet can even be installed wirelessly making it easy to retro-fit to existing offices. As with all of our systems there’s no need to bring a laptop or external device to the meeting, it’s all built in! Completely removing any setup issues from your employees & negating the need for messy cabling.
